He assisted in the ski area’s very first opening, adapted and implemented the best practices regarding staff policy, operation processes, marketing, elaborated detailed plans and development projects, while delivering noticeable results on site through a day-to-day management of 300 Russian workers. Rosa Khutor was hosting various disciplines during the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014 and is now a leading year-round destination in Russia.

Still based in Sochi and Chamonix, Mr. Farini is now working worldwide for CDA on various projects including master planning, optimization of sites, assistance to construction and ski operation.
